Welcome to OPERA, an Optimization, Performance Evaluation and Resource Allocator web service.

To use it, you need to register or sign in here. The instructions how to register and use the web application can be found here.

OPERA is also available as a web service. To access the web service, an account is required (the web service will use the same account as the web application). A sample project that shows how to use the web service can be downloaded (please read the readme file inside the archive for instructions to set your credentials).
